Description
The T-01 is the AM/FM stereo tuner of the Disco 2202 stereo music system, made by Tehnoton in Iași [1].
The Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) describes the „T-01” („Tuner MA/MF stereo”, AM/FM stereo tuner) as part of the 2202 „DISCO” stereo music system of Întreprinderea Tehnoton, Iași, among the mono and stereo (hi-fi) audio equipment made in Romania [1]. It gives the wavebands LW (150–310 kHz), MW (525–1605 kHz), SW (5.95–9.8 MHz and 11.7–18 MHz) and FM (65–73 MHz), a sensitivity of 125 µV (LW), 80 µV (MW), 60 µV (SW) and 5 µV (FM), an output level of 0.2–0.5 V, a 220 V, 50 Hz supply, at most 17 VA, 10 × 44 × 29 cm (height × width × depth) and 4 kg [1].
