Description

The BZ430/BZ440 are 0.3 W Zener diodes of 6.2 V made in Romania by IPRS Băneasa, listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) in a DO-35 package [1]. Their codes are in the Variants table.

The book gives only a list for the 0.3 W Zener diodes, printed „TCZ 2V4/2V7/3V6 … 5V1; BZ 430/440 (6,2V) și ZTC) 33 — în capsulă DO 35” (in a DO-35 package), without values [1].

The two codes are printed together, „BZ 430/440 (6,2V)” [1].
