Description
The F42AC…F102AC is a series of silicon rectifier diodes of IPRS Băneasa that appears in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) only in the selection guide of the silicon rectifier diodes, next to the 2 A mark of the average forward current IFAVM [1].
The guide draws the series as a line labelled „F42AC … F102AC”, under the „F102 … F112” and above the „6Si 0,5(R) … 6Si 15(R)”; the tables of the section give no values for it [1].
