Description

The 74LS21 is a TTL-LS digital integrated circuit of the 54/74LS series of IPRS Băneasa: dual 4-input AND gates [1].

The I.P.R.S. Băneasa Full Line Condensed Catalog (1990) lists the 54LS21 (marked as preliminary data) and the 74LS21, as dual 4-input AND gates in a TO-116 package, with the logic function Y = A·B·C·D [1]. By the catalog’s table of families, the 74LS21 works at 0…+70 °C from a 4.75…5.25 V supply, and the 54LS21 at −55…+125 °C from 4.50…5.50 V [2].
