Description

The 74LS27 is a TTL-LS digital integrated circuit of the 54/74LS series of IPRS Băneasa: triple 3-input NOR gates [1].

The I.P.R.S. Băneasa Full Line Condensed Catalog (1990) lists the 54LS27 (marked as preliminary data) and the 74LS27, as triple 3-input NOR gates in a TO-116 package, with the logic function Y = ¬(A+B+C) [1]. By the catalog’s table of families, the 74LS27 works at 0…+70 °C from a 4.75…5.25 V supply, and the 54LS27 at −55…+125 °C from 4.50…5.50 V [2].
