Description
The βH1 is a Hall magnetic transducer integrated circuit made by IPRS Băneasa [1].
The I.P.R.S. Băneasa Full Line Condensed Catalog (1990) lists the βH1 and βH2, marked as preliminary data, as linear integrated circuits with a built-in transducer processed on the silicon chip: in a magnetic field, the differential output of the circuit is proportional to the magnetic field induction vector, and the circuit is meant for all the applications where a magnetic field has to be measured [1].
The catalog gives an operating temperature of 0…+70 °C (storage −25…+125 °C), a supply voltage of 0…+18 V, a supply current (V+ = 5 V) of at most 3 mA, an output offset voltage (V+ = 5 V) of −2…+12 mV for the βH1 and −12…+2 mV for the βH2, and an output voltage (V+ = 5 V, B = 40 mT) of at least ±8 mV [1]. Pins (MP-24, top view): 1 GND, 2 differential output 1, 3 differential output 2, 4 V+ [1].
