Description

The βM13600 is a dual transconductance operational amplifier made by IPRS Băneasa [1].

The I.P.R.S. Băneasa Full Line Condensed Catalog (1990) lists the βM13600 and βM13700, marked as preliminary data: two current controlled transconductance amplifiers, each with differential inputs and a push-pull output, with common supplies but otherwise working independently; linearizing diodes at the inputs reduce the distortion and allow higher input levels, and the βM13600 has a controlled impedance buffer while the βM13700 has a high impedance buffer [1]. Its features are a transconductance adjustable over 6 decades, an excellent transconductance linearity, an excellent matching between the amplifiers and a wide supply range of ±2…±18 V; the applications are current controlled amplifiers, impedances, filters and oscillators, multiplexers, timers and sample-and-hold circuits [1].

Pins (MP-117, top view): 1 amp 1 bias input, 2 diode 1 bias, 3 input 1+, 4 input 1−, 5 output 1, 6 V−, 7 buffer 1 input, 8 buffer 1 output, 9 buffer 2 output, 10 buffer 2 input, 11 V+, 12 output (printed „Output”, without the channel number), 13 input 2−, 14 input 2+, 15 diode 2 bias, 16 amp 2 bias input [1].
