The CDB403E is a TTL logic integrated circuit, a quad 2-input NAND gate with open-collector outputs (5.5 V), listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the integrated circuits made in Romania by IPRS Băneasa, in a TO-116 package [1].
