Description

The CDB838E is a TTL digital integrated circuit of the CDB series of IPRS Băneasa: quad unified bus transceivers [1].

The I.P.R.S. Băneasa Full Line Condensed Catalog (1990) lists the CDB838E, CDB838EM (marked as preliminary data) and CDB838EA as quad unified bus transceivers in an MP-117 package [1]. By the catalog’s table of families, the CDB838E works at 0…+70 °C from a 4.75…5.25 V supply, and the CDB838EM at −55…+125 °C from 4.50…5.50 V [2].

It gives the maximum propagation delay tPLH as 30 ns for the CDB838E and CDB838EM and 40 ns for the CDB838EA [1].
