Description
The R 8250 is a portable radiotelephone made by IEMI in Bucharest, listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (1st edition, 1983) [1].
It appears only in the 1st edition of the Agenda, printed „R-8250”, among the portable radiotelephones of IEMI, with up to 6 channels in band 4 (145–175 MHz) and 0.5 W (or 1.5 W); its values are in the specifications [1]. Its frequency stability is printed as ≤ 5·10 to a power whose exponent cannot be read in the scan, so it is left out [1]. The 2nd edition (1989) no longer lists it [2].
The accessories listed for it are a handset (R-8475), an antenna (R-8442) and a 4 Ah battery case with charger (R-8504), on request, and a battery case (R-8507, 4 Ah, or R-8508, 8 Ah) with a charger (R-8506) [1].
