Description

The ROR167 is a high-voltage rectifier diode made in Romania by ICCE (I.C.C.E. București), listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (1st edition, 1983) among the other semiconductor diodes of I.C.C.E., in a P-2 package [1]. The package drawing is in the Gallery.

The code is printed „ROR 167” in the table and „ROR-167” on the package drawing (P-2); the description is „Diodă redresoare de înaltă tensiune” [1].

It appears only in the 1st edition of the Agenda [1]; the 2nd edition (1989) no longer lists it among the semiconductor diodes [2].
