Description
The ROR20A/ROR40A are controlled-avalanche rectifier diodes made in Romania by ICCE (I.C.C.E. București), listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (1st edition, 1983) among the other semiconductor diodes of I.C.C.E., in an MP-1 package [1]. Their codes are in the Variants table; the package drawing is in the Gallery.
The two codes are printed together, „ROR 20 A” and „ROR 40 A”, with one description, „Diode redresoare cu avalanșă controlată” [1]; the package drawing (MP-1) marks the stud as the cathode C and the lug as the anode A [1].
They appear only in the 1st edition of the Agenda [1]; the 2nd edition (1989) no longer lists them among the semiconductor diodes [2].
