The H511 is a sample-and-hold circuit, a hybrid integrated circuit made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE) and listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) in group 5.1 „Circuite de eșantionare și memorare” (sample-and-hold circuits) of the family of the same name [1].
