The H812 is a stabilized AC/DC voltage source, a hybrid integrated circuit made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE) and listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) in group 8.1 „Surse de putere c.a./c.c.” (AC/DC power supplies) of the family „Surse de putere” (power supplies) [1].

The table prints the H 811 (R), H 812 and H 813 next to one common description, „Sursă de tensiune stabilizată c.a./c.c.” [1]; it does not say how the three circuits differ.
