Description
The H821 is a DC/DC converter with galvanic isolation (24 V/5 V), a hybrid integrated circuit made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE) and listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) in group 8.2 „Convertoare c.c./c.c.” (DC/DC converters) of the family „Surse de putere” (power supplies) [1]. Its codes (H821 and H821R) are in the Variants table.
The table describes it as „Convertor c.c./c.c. cu separare galvanică (24V/5V)” [1].
The code is printed „H 821 (R)”, which the 1st edition of the Agenda (1983) writes as „H821; H 821 R”: two codes, H821 and H821R, listed together as „Convertor c.c./c.c. (24V/5V)” among the hybrid integrated circuits of I.C.C.E. [2]. Neither edition says how the two versions differ.
The 2nd edition gives the H 822 the same description, word for word; the 1st edition lists the H 822 as a 24 V/±15 V converter [2] (see the H822 page).
The table gives no parameters or drawing. In it, the first two digits of every code repeat the numbers of its family and group (here 8.2) [1].
