Description
The MMC22926 is one of the integrated circuits of type MMC 22925–22928 (MMC22925, MMC22926, MMC22927, MMC22928) – a counter, latch, decoder and driver – designed and made in 1982–1987 by the electronic technology and microelectronics department of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications in Bucharest [1]. In 1982–1987 the departments of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications (FET) of the Bucharest Polytechnic Institute designed and made 138 products, under research contracts or for their own laboratories; 8 of them went into series production [1].
