Description
The MMC7106 is a 3 1/2-digit A/D converter (digital voltmeter), a CMOS logic integrated circuit listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the dedicated (special-purpose) CMOS integrated circuits made in Romania by Microelectronica [1].
