Description

The ROB101 is a series of operational amplifiers, analog integrated circuits listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the integrated circuits made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE) [1]. Its codes (ROB101 and ROB101T) are in the Variants table; the pinout is in the Gallery.

The Agenda gives the ROB101 (general-purpose operational amplifier, TO-99 and TO-116 packages) and the ROB101T (precision operational amplifier, TO-116 and TO-48 packages) in separate panels; for the ROB101 a note says that the Vs− pin is connected to the case [1].

Coded as (Romanian system, internal CCSIT-CE code) [2]:

Part Meaning
RO manufacturer’s code: RO (Romania)
B bipolar integrated circuit
101 identification number

The Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) gives the parameters of the ROB101 and ROB101T in the table of operational amplifiers and voltage comparators made in Romania by IPRS Băneasa and CCSIT-CE (section 35.3) [3]: absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics over the full temperature range; the values shared by the listed codes are in the specifications and the ones that differ are in the Variants table.

Notes on the table of section 35.3 [3]: Values printed with „<” (maximum) or „>” (minimum) are given here without the sign: „<” for VIO, IIO, IIB, dVIO/dT and dIIO/dT.
