TB10N

The TB10N is a medium-power triac in a TO220 case (10 A rms at a case temperature of 75 °C, 50–800 V, surge current 100 A, dv/dt 20–100 V/µs), planned by IPRS Băneasa for the control of temperature, light and motor speed, together with the TB6N and TB16N [1]. The production programme of December 1978 placed the start of triac production in 1981, while the section on diodes and thyristors says IPRS put medium-power triacs of its own design into production from 1980 [1].
