EXTENSION KIT 15000

The EXTENSION KIT 15000 is an extension module of IPRS Băneasa with additional inputs, outputs and timers, for the programmable controllers built with the PROCESSOR KIT 15000 [1].

The I.P.R.S. Băneasa Full Line Condensed Catalog (1990) lists it as preliminary data [1]. It has 16 TTL inputs and 16 TTL latched outputs, 8 analog timers with variable timing and a 6-bit module address selection available on the connector, with a typical power consumption of 500 mA at +5 V DC [1]. At most 4 extension modules can be connected directly to one PROCESSOR KIT 15000, making an 80 I/O programmable controller; more extension modules need a line buffer [1].
