Description
The SINTAX is a digital telephone exchange of 100 or 200 lines, mounted on vehicles, made by Electromagnetica in Bucharest [1]. It served the signal centres of the command posts of large army units, and was among the first automatic digital exchanges made in Romania for the army [1].
It used pulse amplitude modulation; mounted on vehicles, it equipped the F-2010 and F-2011 vehicles of the F-2000 mobile signal centre [2].
