Description
The Neutral 1 is a portable (or transportable) black-and-white television set with a 31 cm picture tube, made by Electronica in Bucharest [1].
The Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) lists the „NEUTRAL-1 (pt. Comturist)” („pt. Comturist” – for Comturist) among the portable and transportable black-and-white television sets and monitors made by Electronica; a note says that all the sets of the table work on the OIRT standard, except the NEUTRAL-1, which is a dual-standard OIRT/CCIR set [1]. Its table gives a plastic cabinet of normal size, a six-key omni-programmable channel selector, a TK 31 cm, 110° picture tube, a chassis with three integrated circuits, rotary potentiometers and a 220 V, 50 Hz or 12 V DC supply [1].
