Description

The MX 32.00 is a series of multilayer ceramic capacitors with radial leads cranked below the body, inwards or outwards (two drawings) [1]. The Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) prints it as „MX-32.00” and lists five package codes, MX 32.02 to MX 32.06, from 4.7 to 4700 nF, at 25 V and 50 V DC; it gives no application [1]. The series is not in the 1st edition (1983) [3], and the letters MX are not in the code list [2].

The Agenda does not say which works made the series: for the whole section on capacitors made in Romania it lists IPEE Electroargeș of Curtea de Argeș, Tehnoton of Iași, IIS Electronica of Bucharest and IPRS Băneasa as producers, and the 1st edition (1983) names only the first three [2][3]. It is listed here as made by IPRS Băneasa; Un secol de electronică în România says that the ceramic capacitor line of IPRS passed to IPEE Curtea de Argeș in 1973 [4].

The table gives for each package code the smallest and the largest capacitance, both in nF; the page lists one row per code and voltage [1].

Rated voltages are DC („Vcc”). Dimensions in mm (fig. 20.62): maximum length Lmax, maximum height Hmax and lead spacing S ± 1 from the table; leads at least 20 mm long; thickness 3.5 (4), leads 0.5 (0.6 × 0.8) [1].
