Description
The CDX-09 is a high-power differential phase-shift microwave circulator, used in radar, made in the microproduction workshop of the ICE research institute in Bucharest, where it was designed [1].
ICE’s microwave laboratory (1979–1990) began with a METEOSAT weather-satellite ground station exported to North Korea, and developed microwave components made in ICE’s microproduction workshop [1].
Its prospectus describes a high-power four-port differential phase shift circulator, used as a duplexer in radar; one port can be terminated by a built-in matched load [2].
