Description
The PS is a series of phase shifters with PIN diodes for 1.8…2 GHz listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the microwave components made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE) [1]. Its codes (PS90 and PS180) are in the Variants table.
The Agenda lists the PS 90 and the PS 180 in the group of phase shifters with PIN diodes, with the same frequency range [1].
