Description
The ROV109 is a series of silicon tuning varactor diodes listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the microwave components made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE), in an F-47 package [1]. Its codes (ROV109 and ROV109A) are in the Variants table.
The Agenda lists the ROV109 and its version A in one row, „ROV 109 (A)”, with the same function and package [1].
