Description

The ROV302P is a silicon parametric varactor diode listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (1st edition, 1983) among the other semiconductor diodes made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE), in an F-47 package [1].

It appears only in the 1st edition of the Agenda (1983), as „ROV 302 P”, in the table of other semiconductor diodes made by I.C.C.E., with an F-47 package; the 2nd edition (1989) no longer lists it [1].
