Description

The ROV511 is a silicon Schottky diode listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (1st edition, 1983) among the other semiconductor diodes made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE), in a microstrip package [1].

It appears only in the 1st edition of the Agenda (1983), in the table of other semiconductor diodes made by I.C.C.E., with a microstrip package; the 2nd edition (1989) no longer lists it [1].
