Description

The ROV563 is a point-contact silicon detector diode listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the microwave components made in Romania by ICCE (CCSIT-CE), in a DO-23 package [1].

The table lists the code ROV 563 twice, in two rows: as a diode for the S band and as a diode for the X band, both in a DO-23 package [1]. In the scan of the 2nd edition the first characters of the first row are damaged.
