Description
The MDE1531 is a series of rectangular LEDs listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the optoelectronic devices made in Romania by Microelectronica [1]. Its codes (MDE1531R, MDE1531P, MDE1531G and MDE1531V) are in the Variants table.
The Agenda lists them in the group „MDE 1531 R (P,G,V)”; the last letter of the code gives the colour (R = red, P = orange, G = yellow, V = green) [1].
The Agenda describes them as: „Diode electroluminiscente rectangulare, roșii (R), portocalii (P), galbene (G), verzi (V)” [1].
