Description
The MDE2101 is a series of 1-digit LED displays with common anode and decimal point on the right listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the optoelectronic devices made in Romania by Microelectronica [1]. Its codes (MDE2101R, MDE2101V, MDE2101G and MDE2101P) are in the Variants table.
The Agenda lists them in the group „MDE 2101 R (V,G,P)”; the last letter of the code gives the colour (R = red, P = orange, G = yellow, V = green) [1].
The Agenda describes them as: „Afișor cu LED-uri, 1 digit, anod comun, punct zecimal dreapta, roșu (R), verde (V), galben (G), portocaliu (P)” [1].
