Description
The MDE2212 is a series of LED overflow indicators (±1) with common cathode and decimal point on the right listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the optoelectronic devices made in Romania by Microelectronica [1]. Its codes (MDE2212R, MDE2212V, MDE2212G and MDE2212P) are in the Variants table.
The Agenda lists them in the group „MDE 2212 R (V,G,P)”; the last letter of the code gives the colour (R = red, P = orange, G = yellow, V = green) [1].
The Agenda describes them as: „Indicator depășire (±1), catod comun, punct zecimal dreapta, roșu (R), verde (V), galben (G), portocaliu (P)” [1].
