Description
The MDE2583 is a series of 4-digit LED displays with common cathode listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the optoelectronic devices made in Romania by Microelectronica [1]. Its codes (MDE2583R and MDE2583V) are in the Variants table.
The Agenda lists them in the group „MDE 2583 R (V)”; the last letter of the code gives the colour (R = red, P = orange, G = yellow, V = green) [1].
The Agenda describes them as: „Afișor cu LED-uri, 4 digiți, catod comun, roșu (R), verde (V)” [1].
