Description

The ROL0091 is an infrared LED listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the optoelectronic devices made in Romania by ICCE, in a plastic package [1].

The first character of the code is damaged in the scan („ROL C091” or „ROL 0091”); the 1st edition of the Agenda (1983) lists only the ROL 91 and the ROL 091 [3].
