Description

The ROL37 is a series of photothyristors listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the optoelectronic devices made in Romania by ICCE, in a TO-5 FT/SL 10.007 package [1]. Its codes (ROL37, ROL37A and ROL37B) are in the Variants table.
