Description
The T600F is a fast silicon thyristor of 600 A listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the thyristors made in Romania by IPRS Băneasa, in a T 50 package [1].
The Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) lists the T600F in the table of other fast thyristors (F/R), with the repetitive peak reverse voltage given as a range of classes (400…1300 V) and the package by its IPRS code („T 50”) [1].
The last digit of the package code („T 50”) is faint in the scan [1].
