Description
The T700N is a normal silicon thyristor of 700 A listed in the Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) among the thyristors made in Romania by IPRS Băneasa, in a T 50 package [1].
The Agenda radioelectronistului (2nd edition, 1989) lists the T700N in the table of other normal thyristors (N), with the repetitive peak reverse voltage given as a range of classes (1600…2600 V) and the package by its IPRS code („T 50”) [1].
