Description

The ELBIS 4 is an electrosurgical unit, designed at ICE’s Cluj-Napoca branch from the ICE research institute in Bucharest; it reached the prototype stage in 1994 [1]. Earlier models were the ELBIS 1, ELBIS 2 and ELBIS 3.
