Description
The M 5302 Diatermus is a diathermy device, made by IEMI in Bucharest [1]. It was the only medical device IEMI still made after 1985; its medical production was then taken over by IEIA Cluj-Napoca and IEI [1].
Its prospectus appears among IEI’s civilian products: a short-wave diathermy generator for heating body tissues at the surface or in depth, depending on how the electrodes are placed, suppressed against interference to STAS 6048-71 [2].
