Description

The Aria E 47-730 is a black-and-white television set with a 47 cm picture tube, made by Electronica in Bucharest, rated quality class III–II [1]. It has a silicon-transistor channel selector with mechanical switching and continuous varicap tuning, a sound IF stage with one silicon transistor and no tone control; its other construction features are similar to the Modern TS E 47-730 [1]. The text lists the Aria E 47 among the series with continuous-tuning selectors approved from 1970 [1].

In the source table, video sensitivity is given for 6 V rms on the picture-tube cathode, the signal-to-noise ratio on the sound path, and the selectivity values are, in order, the rejection of the own sound carrier and of signals below and above the picture carrier (and, where given, of the IF and the image frequency); the audio response is at −3 dB [1].
