Description
The E0140 is a logic state analyser (analizor de stări logice) made by IEMI in Bucharest and listed with its E-01 group of oscilloscopes. It has 48 data inputs and 12 clock inputs, works with TTL-compatible signals with a period of 25 ns, and could be connected to the CEI-625 instrument bus [1].
According to Electronica românească, it was put into production after 1985 [2].
The table of ICE’s electrical measurements laboratory lists it, with the earlier E0130, as made in ICE’s microproduction workshop rather than at IEMI [3].
