Description
The DFG-20B is a digital fluxgate gaussmeter made by Terraflux Control in Iași for the quality-control laboratories of the CFR railways, to measure residual magnetisation [1]. When the Centre for Technical Physics in Iași gave up microproduction in 1989, Terraflux Control took over its gaussmeters and redesigned their electronics and mechanics; the first two models were the DFG-20B and the DFG-20A, used by Romvag Caracal and the Reva Simeria wagon repair works, with IDP 300 panel meters from ICE as displays [1].
