Description

The E0109 is a 25 MHz, two-channel general-purpose oscilloscope made by IEMI in Bucharest, intended for servicing and for education [1]. Its production years are not known: it is one of the oscilloscope types that appear in IEMI brochures after 1985, for which no production figures have been published [1]. According to Electronica românească, it was put into production after 1985 [3].

A version for mounting in a panel, the E0109R, was intended for research laboratories and factory test benches [1]. The Agenda radioelectronistului calls it a rack-mounted universal oscilloscope; its product list gives 25 MHz, while its table gives 0–15 MHz, 13 × 48 × 52 cm and up to 15 kg [2]. Electronica românească also gives 15 MHz and describes it as a two-channel panel oscilloscope with 2 mV – 10 V/div, 0.2 µs – 0.5 s/div, 75 VA and 10 kg [3].

Where the sources differ, the values from Electronica românească [3], taken from the manufacturer’s brochures, are shown.
