Description
The N2602 is an advance and speed tester for motor-vehicle engines, listed in the 1st edition of the Agenda radioelectronistului (1983) among the instruments of IEMI and ICSITE in Bucharest [1].
The 1st edition of the Agenda radioelectronistului (1983) lists the „N-2602” („Tester de avans și turație”, advance and speed tester) among the electronic instruments for measuring non-electrical quantities of the N-21…N-29 groups, whose producers it gives as „I.E.M.I., I.C.S.I.T.E.” (Bucharest); it does not say which of the two made it; a note says that it works on a principle similar to that of the N-2601 and is meant only for testing and adjusting motor-vehicle engines [1]. Its table gives speeds from 300 rpm up to 6·10ˣ rpm, where the exponent cannot be read with certainty (3 or 5), an advance of 0…60°, a 6 or 12 V DC supply, 16.6 × 30 × 16.2 cm (height × width × depth) and at most 4.7 kg [1].
