Description
The Miorița T2 S 618 T (called Miorița 2 in the text) is a transistor table radio made by Electronica in Bucharest [1]. It was the first receiver of the works’ own design made in large series: about 240,000 between 1961 and 1964 [1]. The text describes it with long and medium waves, a sensitivity better than 500 µV/m, a ferrite antenna, 0.25 W output and a 9 V battery supply [1]. It followed the Miorița 1 S 60 T and moved over to Romanian EFT transistors [1].
In the source table, sensitivity is given on medium waves for 50 mW output, selectivity for a signal ±9 kHz away, and output power at 10% distortion [1].
