Description

The E0101 is a service oscilloscope made by IEMI in Bucharest. It was produced from 1971 to 1976, in 1,305 units [1]. Like the other IEMI oscilloscopes, it was designed at ICE, the Romanian institute for electronics research, in its electrical measurements laboratory [1].

The front panel in the picture above is marked Osciloscop de serviciu OS-1 (service oscilloscope OS-1) and carries the FEMI emblem: until 1973 the company was called FEMI.

According to the Agenda radioelectronistului, it was the only IEMI oscilloscope of the E-01 series built with vacuum tubes [2][3]. The dimensions are given in the order used by the book: height × width × depth.
